So, you've spent weeks / months searching for a plan you like, but simply cannot find anything that fits your needs.

You've come to the right place! I will use your ideas to create the perfect home for you at the same cost most folks charge for stock plans.

How it works

We'll start with guiding you through your first sketch. With this sketch, I will draw the layout to scale, add a roof and send you a draft with the dimensioned layout shown, as well as 2 exterior elevations. This stage typically takes 1 - 2 Business days once I've received the sketch.

Once I've sent you the full draft for review, you may take that opportunity to go through the layout and elevations to check over everything. Ensuring it is what you were hoping for. At this stage, I offer 3 rounds of included revisions so that we can make positively sure nothing was missed. Simply mark up the draft layout and send it back to me. You'll receive an updated draft 2 times, and then a final draft.
